Important: Separate written agreements (e.g., estimates, work orders, installation contracts, maintenance plan agreements) may apply to services performed. If there is a conflict, the signed service agreement/work order controls for that job.

• You will provide accurate information when submitting forms or scheduling;
• You will not misuse the Site (including hacking, scraping, malware, or interference);
• You will not use the Site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

4) No Emergency Reliance

The Site is not an emergency dispatch system. If you experience an immediate safety emergency (e.g., gas odor, fire risk, carbon monoxide alarm), leave the premises and contact emergency services or your utility provider immediately.

5) Scheduling, Requests, and Third-Party Tools

We reserve the right to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments due to availability, weather, parts delays, unsafe conditions, or operational needs.

6) Estimates, Pricing, Promotions, and Changes

a) Estimates & Diagnoses

Pricing displayed on the Site is informational only and subject to change based on onsite inspection, system conditions, code requirements, and parts availability.

b) Promotions

• Promotions may be time-limited;
• May require qualification;
• May exclude certain systems;
• May not be combined with other offers;
• May be withdrawn at any time as permitted by law.

c) Financing

Financing, if offered, is provided by third-party lenders and subject to their approval and terms. BlueHippo is not responsible for lender decisions.

7) Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

• Payment is due as stated on your invoice or work order;
• Returned payments may incur legally permitted fees;
• Please contact us first to resolve billing disputes;
• Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as non-payment.

9) Service Limitations

No specific performance, energy savings, or air quality results are guaranteed unless stated in writing.

10) Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided and are governed by manufacturer terms.

11) Cancellations and No-Shows

Reasonable advance notice is required. Fees may apply where permitted by law.

12) Intellectual Property
