A full psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management for women dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood shifts, and more — with a provider who tracks how you're doing, not just what's in the chart.
Schedule an evaluation
This starts with a full evaluation — your symptoms, history, past treatment, and what hasn't worked before — so any medication decision is based on the whole picture, not a five-minute intake. From there, your provider builds a plan with you: what to try, what to watch for, and when to check back in.
If you're already on medication and it's not quite right, or you've never tried it and want an informed opinion before you decide, both are a reasonable place to start. Nothing is prescribed on the first visit without a real conversation about it first.
Initial evaluation, so there's time to actually cover your history.
Follow-ups can happen virtually once your plan is in place.
A full look at your symptoms, medical history, and past treatment before anything is recommended — not a checklist screener.
Dosing and medication choices built around your body and your response, adjusted as you go rather than left on autopilot.
If you're also seeing a therapist here or elsewhere, your psychiatric provider stays in the loop so care doesn't happen in separate silos.
A thorough conversation about your symptoms, history, and goals — this is where the plan starts to take shape, not where medication is decided on the spot.
Your provider walks you through what they're seeing and the options available, including the choice to not start medication yet.
If you move forward, early follow-ups are closer together to track how you're responding and adjust dosing before it's left unchanged for months.
Once things are stable, visits space out — but stay regular enough that changes in how you're doing don't go unnoticed.
No. Some clients see us for medication management only, others combine it with therapy here. Either way works — it's your call.
A primary care visit is usually brief and general. This is a specialist evaluation with more time to dig into your specific symptoms, history, and how a medication is actually working for you over time.
Not necessarily. That's part of what ongoing follow-ups are for — reassessing whether you still need what you're on, at what dose, or whether it's time to taper.
Yes. Many follow-up appointments can be done virtually once your initial evaluation and treatment plan are in place.
Book an evaluation and talk through your options with a provider who has the time to actually listen first.
